Roofing and Siding Installer

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing and siding installations, replacements, and repairs with precision and efficiency
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality workmanship on roofs, walls, and exterior surfaces
• Measure, cut, and install roofing and siding materials including shingles, metal, vinyl, fiber cement, and underlayment
• Inspect existing roofs and siding for damage and determine repair or replacement needs
• Work safely on residential and commercial job sites, following all OSHA and company safety protocols
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean and organized condition
• Collaborate with other installers, production team, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding project progress and any issues

• 1-2 Years in Construction

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment for roofing and siding installation
• Ability to read and understand project plans, blueprints, or specifications
• Experience using digital tools such as CompanyCam, JobNimbus, or Procore for project documentation
• Strong attention to detail to ensure proper installation and minimize errors
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
• Commitment to safety and following all company protocols on-site

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a roofing and siding installer or in residential/commercial exterior construction
• Knowledge of roofing and siding materials, installation methods, and local building codes
• Ability to safely work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
