Jake and his crew replaced the shingles on our roof, I can't say enough praise. Jake went out of his way to get us reimbursed via warranty for our wind damaged shingles that we didn't even know were defective. Even though our roof was installed by a different company, he did an in-depth inspection of our roof at no cost to us and brought to our attention that the shingles were defective, though we were only concerned about the wind damage. He helped us through the warranty process, start to finish, with no expectation of being the company we would hire to do the work. His crew showed up and immediately got to work. They were quick but extremely thorough and even worked past dark. When they were done, they cleaned up so well that they left our property looking better than it did when they started. We now have a new roof with better quality shingles and our bank account isn't drained.
